Description
Drop in ProStock magazine release lever for your CZ Scorpion EVO3. This release lever features a paddle lip on the bottom and our widely popular finger tabs on each side. We also integrated self-cleaning vanes into the channel between the magazine release and trigger guard to push dust and debris away out and away when the release is operated. When compared with the factory CZ mag release, our ProStock design provides the user with several additional magazine release positions and methods which allow for quicker more confident and more controlled magazine changes. This part is injection molded from high temp polymer and duplicates the factory mag release material in both performance and appearance. It comes complete with a new roll pin and spring for worry free installation.

I went with this over the duckbill as I wanted a flat surface not one that came toward my finger. This fits that form need perfectly. Makes mag changes a heck of a lot easier and is worth every dang penny spent. I recommend also getting HB’s spring kit and Theta trigger as well. This combo takes the scorpion to a new level!

Good upgrade for mag release. The flat face of the two sides that run either side of the trigger guard are easier to press with the trigger finger than the angled OEM release. The extended tab makes for super fast weak hand mag removal just by gripping higher on the mag and squeezing the release. The movement is natural, like breathing. Shipping was wonderfully fast too.
Only 4 stars though because it wouldn’t lock my mags in at first. The taller tab with the spring cutout had to be filed down very slightly to match the length of the OEM part.

In my most humble opinion, THIS is the most useful and efficient Scorpion upgrades. This little slapstick makes mag changes exponentially faster and more ergonomic. The installation video concerned me, about ruining the spring, but it shouldn’t have. The install was simple as hell and the mag release is a perfect fit. The whole process took me about 2 minutes. JUST BUY IT…you need this in your tactical and administrative reloading life.
