Description
The CZ 457 MTR Aluminum chassis is designed to improve the fit and function of your rifle by offering increased stability and a more comfortable platform to shrink those groups at the range. Rigid construction prevents flex no matter your position or rest. The fully machined aluminum chassis provides a rock solid precision bedding fit for your action, and the forend is designed to freefloat barrels up to .950″ in diameter (includes all CZ factory varmint profiles). This chassis is threaded at the rear for AR buffer and stocks, the trigger guard accepts popular AR pattern grips, and the forend is equipped with plenty of MLOK slots and two QD mounts. The entire chassis system is machined from billet 6061T6 aluminum and hard coat anodized to MIL-A-8625. Trigger guard is included. Use the drop down box to select from a range of color choices including Black, FDE, OD Green, and Battleship Grey.
NOTE: Photo gallery shows a chassis with a sample grip and stock installed. The grip, stock, and rifle are not included; this is strictly the aluminum chassis and trigger guard.
This chassis is NOT compatible with the safety selector on Jard drop in triggers.
Torque spec on CZ 457 action screws is 20-35 in*lbs. Final torque can be checked against accuracy; some rifles seem to prefer a lower torque, some prefer a higher torque. There is no need to exceed 35 in*lbs on the action screws.

This chassis was a great investment for a replacement for a CZ457 at-one stock.
I used a carbine buffer tube, a Magpul PRS Lite stock and an Ergo vertical grip to make the perfect combination!
Also added a Area419 12″ Arca rail.
I’m very pleased with the fit and finish!

This chassis is awesome, looks great, feels great, and the added weight over my previous wooden varmint stock gives an edge on precision plinking. Currently setup with an mdt skeleton carbine stock, mdt vertical grip, area 419 30moa rail, Harris bipod with a magpul mlok stud adapter.

Received my chassis in grey. The ceracote is smooth and evenly applied. The chassis fit perfectly with my factory screws. M-Lok accessories fit – I have attached an Arca rail to the bottom. I love the AR style trigger guard, where the grip attaches, and the stock fitment for a buffer tube and AR style stock. This is a simple and proven method of attachment for stocks that are easily adjusted for length of pull. One can also vary a swept hand grip or vertical grip. Very versatile. I love it! Useful for NRL to general trekking and shooting.
