Shipping and Returns

Proof of Purchase | When purchasing products directly from HBI, our packing slip/invoice serves as your proof of purchase receipt. When purchasing products from a HBI Authorized Dealer, their sales receipt serves as your proof of purchase receipt.

In Stock | HBI only sells items that are physically in stock and ready to ship. We do not accept back orders and do not run “pre-sale” or “pre-order” promotions. In this way, the customer is guaranteed a quality product at time of payment.

Shipping | We treat every customer order as if it is a personal transaction. In most cases items purchased from HBI either online or over the phone before noon Arizona time will ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. If we notice that a customer has placed multiple orders to the same address, we will make every attempt to automatically combine shipping and refund all but the highest shipping charge (combining all items into the largest/most expensive package to ship). Below are our current carrier options with estimated transit times after your package has left our facility:

  • USPS Ground – Estimated Delivery in 2-7 Days
  • USPS Priority – Estimated Delivery in 2-3 Days
  • FedEx Priority – Estimated Delivery in 2 business days (note that in many cases this excludes weekend deliveries)

Upon request and at increased cost we can provide additional shipping options including expedited services if required. HBI reserves the right to modify or cancel orders that utilize any non-domestic addresses or addresses associated with freight forwarding and/or third party handling businesses. All issues regarding packages which are delayed, lost, or damaged while in possession of shipping carriers must be brought to our attention within 2 weeks from the date of which we ship the package. There is a very limited window in which we can file claims with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers; the sooner that you can bring carrier issues to our attention the better our chances of favorable resolution.

Returns | HBI offers a 30 day refund policy. After the 30 days, returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Due to financial institution and merchant service security protocols many electronic transactions are not editable after 30 days, therefore most returns after 30 days will resolve in an exchange or credit towards other HBI manufactured products. Please contact sales@hbindustries.net to receive an RMA number or return authorization. DO NOT return anything without first contacting HBI. If the return is being made as a result of an error by HBI we will refund original shipping charges and cover all return shipping costs. If the return is not due to an error made by HBI we will ask that the customer cover any return shipping charges. Product returns made outside of HBI warranty are expected to be unused and in the original sealed packaging. Items that have been opened or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee. NOTE: All sales on Stocks and Braces ordered between Feb 01, 2023-to-Current are final; political and bureaucratic circumstances will not be considered grounds for return on these items.

International Returns | HBI does not accept direct returns from international customers. Returns must be made through the authorized dealer which you purchased the materials from. Additionally, any payments made using an international bank or foreign credit service may not be refundable. Due to increased security protocol it may not be possible for HBI to reverse funds paid from a bank located outside of the United States. If using an international bank the customer accepts these risks and forfeits all expectations and rights to a refund.
