3 Lug 9mm Blast Shield by Angstadt Arms

Description

This 3 Lug Blast Shield is made by Angstadt Arms and provides a 2.50″ of extension from your 3 Lug mount. This allows you to get more creative in your builds because you can choose from a larger range of barrel and handguard lengths, possibly shrouding the muzzle under your handguard, and running this Shield to bring the muzzle blast 2.5″ further forward when no suppressor is installed. The blast shield also acts like a linear compensator, directing concussive forces straight downrange. This blast shield is machined from hardened steel and finished in black nitride.

Note: Several of us here at HBI have found this blast shield very useful in competitive shooting. When running Pistol Caliber Carbines setup for suppressors: not only does this blast shield quickly replace the suppressor allowing shot timers to register, but the blast shield also acts to re-balance the weapon by adding weight back to the muzzle.
