The best Scorpion Evo grip I’ve tried to date. The ergos are great and the size is correct for a human hand.

Really comfortable. Very pleased

Wow! This grip is so comfortable it allows me to manipulate the Scorpion like a smaller pistol. A major difference from the original grip. I only wish the construction was a little more robust, the thickness of the polymer is less than the original. I hope HBI make a grip plug for it that can maybe hold some small hex keys and the sight tool in the future. Thank you HBI and keep the great products coming!

Perfect fit, perfect angle, thank you

initial impression: I like the grip angle on my carbine, and it changes hand position enough that the safety levers no longer dig into my hand, and fits tight and secure. overall I’m pleased. I think.
But, the negatives: it’s a little slippery. Might could use some more fine texture. The side texture panels have sharp raised edges at the back that irritate the heel of my hand. A little knife and sand work and that was fixed though. The biggest problem is that the web of the hand sits too high on the grip so my middle finger keeps rubbing and bumping the bottom of the trigger guard. Not when I’m shooting, but just carrying or manipulating the gun.
So in that regard I feel it is a perfect match for the cz: a great design that feels like it just needs a bit more tinkering. Like it is a good beta design that needs 1 more round of input from the end users to be a great and finished design.

As some others have stated, it’s a little slick, and I find the grip angle to be a little too vertical for my preference. Still superior to the stock grip though, and seems to be good quality. Easy install, and there are no issues removing the lower receiver with this grip unlike some other brands.

Like others have said, the grip is a little slick for my taste……but nothing a little Traction Grips can’t fix. I absolutely love the angle of the grip. Can’t go wrong with this grip.

Best evo grip made imho.

Just installed today in less than 5 minutes. Angle is way better than the stock grip. Still able to easily remove the lower receiver with the grip installed. Color matches the gun perfectly. Could have a little more texture to it, but doubt it will be a problem.

Comes with the replacement screw for the grip so you don’t have to use the original one, it’s a much needed improvement to the pistol. It’s light and hollow, the feel is similar to an A2 AR grip, that style of plastic. Feels like home. The texture is on the smoother side, similar to a gen 3 glock. Grippy enough for me, but if you’re used to G10 levels of friction, you will want to get some grip tape. The best part about the grip is the actual angle, it’s much more vertical than the stock one, and makes reaching the trigger easier.

Just installed. Easy, and quick. Much favorable ergo to stock grip. I dont mind the grip texture at all. I use my left hand more to pull the gun in, so the light grip texture is fine with me. Only complaint. No base to cover the bottom opening. I’d love a removable base. I could carry a spare optic battery in there, or something in that dead space. And, a base would look better. Still, way better than the stock grip, well made, great fit, and finish.

4 stars with a few caveats. I’ll start with the good, the grip angle on the Pakse is about exactly where I would want it to be. The fit and finish are good, not great, I had to use a nylon hammer to install mine and I was surprised at how small the screw is that slots through the grip; significantly smaller than the original. As others have said, it’s slick in the places you don’t want it to be and sharp in places that don’t make sense. However, that should be an easy fix with some grip tape. I’m not entirely certain that I like the way the front strap of the grip feels, to me it almost feels pointed/a bit too narrow. It’s surprisingly long compared to what I was expecting, I was thinking it was going to be similar to a Magpul grip for an AR. Not that it’s a bad thing, just an observation. The last thing about it is the gap between the top of the front strap and the trigger guard, I’d guess it’s about an eighth inch or so and it rubs the hell out of my finger when shooting. All that being said, it is still a better grip that the factory option. I’m in no way bashing it, in fact, I’m pleased with it thus far. I just wanted to point out a few things I noticed that may be of interest to others. Also, keep in mind that mine is a sample size of one. Hope this helps you guys and gals.

Much improved grip angle. Definitely a little slicker than I hoped, would prefer more texture, probably going to apply some skateboard tape. Absolutely needs a plug for the bottom, would be so nice to carry battery, Allen wrenches, lube and a Boresnake in there. Good product, but to be a five star needs the above tweaks.

Angle is perfect but the grip needs alittle more texture. HB Industries i think has the fastest shipping around.

This is a great grip. I feel that this grip is more rounded out all the way then compared to other grips on the market. Could use a little more texture but Im not complaining.

Perfect grip and feels more better than the stock grip it came with!

Fit and finish on this product is tight, but that’s not a bad thing in the grand scheme. I’ve had another handle slip rearwards and start to come off after a trip to the range and 200 rounds through. The set screw is a little small when compared to the factory grip, but it holds well. To get a tight hold, the screw was a little longer than needed, and I had to grind off about 1/16 inch to get it to be flush when fully tightened down. Why am I giving this 5 stars then? Simple. This grip does everything that it was advertised to do. The factory grip angle is atrocious when compared side by side to this one. I have not had a problem with the grip being “sharp” in some area’s as others have stated. Could it be improved? Yes. I would love for the grip to be more rubberized like the Magpul MOE grips for the AR15 platform. But there are other products that you can combine with this to get that desired feel.

Ok….so true to the rest of the reviews….ONLY 2 issues…..it is slick with no bottom cap….and mounting screw would be for a model car …its tiny….BUT….feels sturdy in your hand …the angle is far superior than other grips ….nevermind the rediculous factory pitch …..if they fixed those couple things….guaranteed 5star across the board

Initially got the Magpul grip, and this one has a much nicer fit and feel to it.

Much better than the original grip for my pistol. Very pleased with my purchase. Easy to install.

Just got this today. Don’t even have it on the gun yet but still feel I can give an honest opinion. Everyone knows the angle is gona be way better when installed. Thats a given. Right out of the box I thought they forgot the plug for the bottom. Had to come here to find out there isn’t one. Kinda peeved about that. Handle is completely hollow all the way through. Don’t know why it bugs me but it does. This thing is also just hard plastic. This thing is slicker than snot. There is “textured” areas but they provide zero additional grip. Also the “textured” area on one side of the grip had a sharp lip sticking up on it. So I had to sand around the textured areas to smooth it out. I applied gt-5000 gun grip tape (amazon) to the side panels and the front and its much better. Overall this thing feels like a sub $20 handle…. it is what it is though and if you want to improve the grip angle options are limited so you just gota make it work.

Don’t know why my other review didn’t make it on here. Maybe cause I didn’t give this grip praise. Got it mounted on my gun today and what I said before still stands. Angle of course is way better than stock. This is just a hollow, hard plastic, slick as snot grip though. The “textured” areas provide zero additional traction. Also the textured area on one side had a sharp plastic lip to it so i had to go around the grip with sand paper to knock the sharp edges down. I installed some grip tape after that and its better. Should be cheaper for what it is.

I wish I’d have bought the Magpul MOE grip off the bat, because the MOE grip is on my Scorpion now, and its perfect.
The Paske grip on the other hand, SUCKS… Definitely better than the factory CZ but still crap. The angle is better but still not right. It’s too fat and too long, and its ergonomics are terrible. This is all coming from a person with rather large hands… The stipling sucks, it feels cheap.. I could go on forever about how disappointed I am in the $29 I wastet on the Paske Pathfinder. Instead I’ll just say buy the Magpul grip!

After experiencing sore wrist , I knew the hand grip had to go. Spoke with Mike B. I had the opportunity to compare it with Magpul and Yeti. This Pakse Grip is an easy, and quick installation. A low cost with huge ergonomic improvements over the stock grip. I don’t mind the grip texture at all. In closing, this Pakse Hand Grip is well made, great form factor, and finish.
Chris (verified owner) –
Definitely too slick and I don’t like how vertical it is, changes the look of the gun too much. Also, not a fan of the hollow open bottom, just looks and feels cheap. I wish someone could just make a decent grip for the Scorpion, so far this and Magpul have been a miss.

I first bought this to replace the factory grip and it felt nice in the hand. However, I ended up replacing it due to the pinching that would happen when I shot it. There is a small gap between the grip and trigger guard which resulted in pinching my skin every time I shot it.

I’ve been using this grip for about 2 years now. Install was nice and easy. Had it on and off a few times and is currently installed on my bullpup setup – works w that too. It’s the perfect grip angle. I’m not sure if some people just have sweaty palms, but I’ve had zero slip issues. It did have some hard edjes from the mold, which is to be expected. A couple swipes w some sand paper fixed that right up.
HB – I would buy another one if you made one w a trap door instead of just a hole. I could almost fit my lunch in this thing . Maybe w an oring so I can keep spare batteries and ear plugs out of the elements.
